Building A Refuge: One Story at a Time is an event where men can come and hear stories of transparency and hope from people who have been where they are currently. Too many men are coping with depression, anxiety and the stress of the world in self destructive ways. Building A Refuge is a no-pressure, relaxed atmosphere where men can let their hair down and sit back for a couple hours to reflect and hear honesty and truth from people who have been in their shoes. Join us November 3rd from 9:00am - 12:00pm morning of food, truth and fun!!
