Join me for a CINCH workout bright and early. We’ll work on Threshold Zones and building more strength around them. In this workout, we will focus on developing more strength around the technique to support the high power you will be putting out in your high Threshold. We will be using a low cadence to really work the pedal stroke and the strength behind it in both the sitting and standing body positions.
